Larnaca, Cyprus – Simon Zenios & Co LLC is pleased to announce that today, 11th of  June 2026, our Managing Director Simon Zenios will participate in the 1st Interdisciplinary Conference of Law and Medicine: Developments in Health Law in Cyprus, organised by the Cyprus Bar Association and the Cyprus Medical Association, at THE LANDMARK HOTEL, Nicosia. The published preliminary programme lists him in the “Digital Technology/AI & Health Law” session. In that context, our Managing Director will address blockchain and AI in the medical industry from a legal perspective, with a focus on the legal and regulatory questions that arise as healthcare becomes increasingly digital.

The conference is designed to strengthen dialogue between the legal and medical professions in Cyprus and to support continuing professional development across both sectors. Its preliminary programme includes themes such as medical negligence, professional ethics, patient rights, ESG in healthcare, artificial intelligence and the protection of health data. For the firm, participation in this event reflects the growing importance of legal guidance at the intersection of healthcare, innovation and regulation.

This upcoming appearance follows a strong period of public speaking engagement for the firm. In December 2025, our Managing Director Simon Zenios took part in the 4th Cyprus ESG Forum, organised by BOUSSIAS Cyprus at 360 Nicosia. The official event page presented the forum as a major ESG and sustainable development conference in Cyprus, with themes including sustainable leadership, AI & ESG, business accountability and greenwashing. Our Managing Director Simon Zenios was listed in the published Discussion Panel lineup as Tech Lawyer and Director, Simon Zenios & Co LLC.

His participation in the Cyprus ESG Forum formed part of a broader discussion on how governance, compliance, sustainability and technology now intersect in real business decision-making. For regulated businesses, ESG is no longer simply a reporting or communications issue; it increasingly raises legal, operational and risk-management questions that require practical advice.

The firm also reflects on our Director Manager Simon Zenios’ participation in Wiki Finance Expo Cyprus 2025, held on 24th of September 2025 at Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol. WikiEXPO positioned the event as a major fintech, forex and crypto gathering, and its official recap reported 450+ distinguished speakers, 2,900+ on-site participants and more than 1 million online viewers. A separate event write-up by CX Financia states that our Managing Director Simon Zenios joined the panel “Sandbox Two Point Zero: Finding a Faster Balance Between Innovation and Regulation,” which explored how regulators and innovators can move at the same pace without losing trust, particularly in relation to crypto, AI and Cyprus’s regulatory landscape.

Taken together, these engagements reflect Simon Zenios & Co LLC’s continued involvement in the legal conversations shaping healthcare, ESG, fintech, blockchain, AI and regulatory innovation. As a corporate fintech law firm, the practice remains committed to contributing practical legal insight to sectors where technology, regulation and commercial strategy increasingly meet.
